Meta Data Deletion Callback Standard:
GymElite provides this public endpoint and manual deletion procedure to fulfill Meta Developer Platform specifications. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, all linked Meta system user access tokens, Webhook configurations, and synchronized WhatsApp message threads are immediately terminated and queued for purge.
How to Submit a Permanent Data Deletion Request
To protect your business from malicious unauthorized deletions, requests must be authorized by the primary gym owner or verified individual. You may initiate deletion via email or our dedicated compliance desk:
Send an email from your registered gym owner email address to [email protected] with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request - [Your Gym Name]"- Registered Gym / Studio Name and Primary Owner Name.
- Registered Admin Mobile Number and Gym Subdomain (e.g.,
powerfitness.gymelite.in). - Connected WhatsApp Business number (if revoking WhatsApp automation).
- Scope: (A) Complete Tenant Deletion (entire gym, members, finances) OR (B) Specific Member Erasure.
Our compliance team verifies gym ownership within 4 hours (via email confirmation + SMS OTP to the registered owner phone number). Once confirmed, deletion scripts commence immediately.
Revoking WhatsApp Integration in Meta Business Suite
Gym owners who integrated official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud APIs can immediately and independently disconnect GymElite's access directly from Meta's admin dashboard:
- Open and log in to Meta Business Suite (business.facebook.com).
- Navigate to Settings > Business Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Accounts > WhatsApp Accounts or System Users.
- Select the connected GymElite application token or QR WhatsApp gateway session.
- Click Revoke Access or Remove App to instantly sever all cloud API communication.
Deletion Scope & 48-Hour SLA
When a full organization deletion request is processed, the following items are permanently and irreversibly purged from our primary databases and encrypted backups:
Member Records & Attendance Data
- Member names, contact numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts.
- QR check-in timestamps, attendance compliance records, and geofence verification hashes.
- AI workout recommendations, customized diet schedules, and body metric logs.
Financial Records & WhatsApp Tokens
- Fee renewal invoices, member receipts, POS sale records, and GST summaries.
- WhatsApp Web gateway session keys, session cookies, and message dispatch queues.
- Staff login credentials, trainer shift allocations, and manager role definitions.
Irreversibility Notice: Once the 48-hour purge window completes, deleted data cannot be retrieved, reconstructed, or restored by GymElite support engineers under any circumstances.
Exporting Gym Records Before Erasure
Under Indian corporate accounting and tax standards (GST Act), gym owners may need to preserve historical billing ledgers for business records. GymElite strongly advises initiating a 1-click full workspace backup before submitting a deletion request:
How to Export Your Workspace Data:
- Log into your gym portal at app.gymelite.in.
- Navigate to Gym Settings > Data Management & Backups.
- Click Export All Members & Ledgers (.xlsx) to generate a complete, password-protected spreadsheet of your entire database.
Certificate of Erasure & Audit Proof
Upon completion of the database purge procedure, GymElite will automatically generate and email an official Certificate of Cryptographic Data Erasure to your primary administrator email address.
This certificate includes:
- Unique Deletion Confirmation Token (SHA-256 confirmation hash).
- Timestamp of database purge and secondary backup sanitization.
- Formal declaration signed by DeveloperChowk Data Compliance Officers for compliance audits.
